Our goal is to make this one of the easiest parts of planning your wedding. Here is what you can expect when creating your wedding pieces through Rogers Printing and Promotional.
It’s All In The Details:
Begin by pulling together the essential information (date, location, times, etc.). If you have directions and/or accommodation information you will need that also. It is always a good idea to drive the route to make sure road names are correct and that they are easy to follow. Once you have the details together in one place, you can begin working on the wording. There are many online resources that provide different examples. If you are able to type the information and email it in a format that allows us to copy and paste the information, it will reduce the chance of errors and keep design costs down.
Finding Examples of What You Like:
Because there are endless possibilities for what your piece(s) could look like, finding examples that you can show the design team gives us a starting point. This is also a great opportunity to fill us in on the overall feel of your big day. Any personal or unique touches that you have planned help us to ensure that the finished piece represents you and your event.
When brides hear the word ‘custom’ they often think it’s going to cost them an arm and a leg. We have found that custom wedding invitations are actually very competitive in the invitation industry. You and your wedding are unique. Why should your invitations be any different? Once we know the pieces that you will need we will generate a quote based on dimensions, paper choices, color, and quantity. A 50% deposit of the approved quote is required before we start designing.
Let The Designing Begin:
Now is the fun part! Once we have all the details, we will design a few options of the main piece for you to consider. Typically we will go back and forth until it is perfect! Our goal is always to make sure that you LOVE it. It is important to communicate any changes during the design process to make sure that you are happy with the end product. When you have decided on a final design we will apply the design elements to the rest of the pieces. We will need you to proof each piece and send a written approval before we go to print.
The Finishing Touches:
Production usually only takes a day or two depending on what is involved. You will receive each piece cut to the finished size.

Now it’s time to get your bridesmaids together for a fun girl’s night to put them together before mailing to your guests.
